OctoPower systems provide electrical power at locations where standard electrical power is not available or is too expensive to obtain, in a durable and extremely silent way.
OctoPower is the perfect solution to replace the public grid and traditional (diesel) generators.
WhisperCare smart monitoring keeps the user up-to-date about the status of the system and the gain of energy from sun or wind and the reduction of CO₂.
Each OctoPower model is matched to the predicted demand to provide all the power needed, from boiling a kettle, operating air-conditioning up to running heavy duty tools, medical equipment and other sensitive technology.

Octopower Concept Explained — OctoPower marries a large bank of safe WhisperPower Lithium ION batteries (LiFePO4) with a WhisperPower Super Inverter, a Fast battery re-charge system which may include solar and wind sources, and a silenced diesel back-up diesel generator (optional) to allow any type of vehicle or vessel to operate completely off the grid.

Battery Storage & Solar Power

The heart of the OctoPower system is a durable power bank, made from the safest kind of Lithium ION (LiFePO4), certified to DNV GL standards if desired. Alternatively, long-life deep cycle lead-acid batteries can be used, charged by the WhisperPower Super Charger(s) and solar and/or wind power (optional).

Low voltage battery power (12, 24 or 48 VDC) is now utilized by the WhisperPower Super Inverters, ranging from 3 kVA to 32 kVA single or 3-phase electrical power. The Super Inverter now supplies 120 VAC – 60 Hz or 230 VAC 50 Hz single phase electrical power to various appliances. (3-phase 3 x 400 VAC 50/60 Hz optional)

Reduced Charging Time

The WhisperPower Battery Storage is re-charged by one or more WhisperPower Super Chargers. Normally this Super Charger is connected to the utility grid which includes shore power, yet when mains or shore power are not available, solar panels and wind generators can take over the charging process. An ultra-silent WhisperPower back-up generator, complying with the most stringent emission regulations, such as Stage V and EPA Tier 4, can be added to the system. This can recharge the batteries and provide prime power during high domestic usage.
